- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a loyal customer for years. I stop by at least once a day for coffee and cigarettes, some times im there 2-3 times during the day. My whole family goes there because we live so close, so pneedless to say we have spent thousands there. Well this morning I went to get coffee from there and decided to see if they had any iPhone 5 chargers, there happened to have one so I thought I was in luck, I bought it and made my way home. I tried the charger As soon as I got home and realized it didn't work so I immediately took it back to the register that I purchased it on, I was told by the cashier that she had to ask the manager what she could do about it. When she came back I was informed that I couldn't be refunded because it was an "electronic" and the charger I bought was the only one in stock so it couldn't be exchanged either. I would have never bought the thing if I knew I could not be refunded if it didn't work, they should have a sign or let customers know that when they are making the purchase. Sorry about the length of this but I am pretty livid right now and will never again buy ANYTHING from Cumberland farms. It kinda sucks but if I had known they would treat a loyal customer that way then I never would have been a loyal customer to begin with.By steve822009, August 05, 2017
